Starbucks Reserve
Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew

Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew
Ingredients
- ·1 part Whiskey Barrel-Aged coffee, coarsely ground
- ·2 parts cold filtered water
- ·¼ part vanilla syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- ·Ice cubes
Method
- 1.Combine coffee and water in a jar, stir. Steep 18–24 hrs.
- 2.Filter out grounds. Stir in vanilla syrup.
- 3.Dilute 1:1 with cold water, pour over ice and serve.

Mocha
Ingredients
- ·2 shots espresso
- ·1 tbsp dark cocoa powder or chocolate syrup
- ·200ml steamed milk
- ·Whipped cream to top
- ·Cocoa powder to dust
Method
- 1.Pull 2 shots of espresso.
- 2.Stir in cocoa powder until dissolved.
- 3.Steam and froth milk until velvety.
- 4.Pour espresso base into mug, top with frothed milk.
- 5.Finish with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa.

Brown Sugar Oat-Milk Cortado

Brown Sugar Oat-Milk Cortado
Ingredients
- ·2 shots espresso
- ·1 tbsp brown sugar
- ·¼ tsp cinnamon
- ·60ml steamed oat milk
Method
- 1.Stir brown sugar and cinnamon into hot espresso until dissolved.
- 2.Steam oat milk until warm and slightly frothy.
- 3.Pour espresso into a small glass.
- 4.Add steamed oat milk in equal parts to espresso.
- 5.Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.

Espresso Martini

Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- ·2 shots espresso, cooled
- ·45ml vodka
- ·30ml coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
- ·10ml simple syrup
- ·Ice · 3 coffee beans to garnish
Method
- 1.Brew espresso and let cool completely.
- 2.Add espresso, vodka, liqueur and syrup to a shaker with ice.
- 3.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until frothy.
- 4.Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
- 5.Garnish with 3 coffee beans and serve.

South Indian Filter Coffee

South Indian Filter Coffee
Ingredients
- ·2 tbsp coarsely ground dark roast coffee
- ·200ml hot water (not boiling)
- ·100ml whole milk
- ·2 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)
Method
- 1.Steep ground coffee in hot water in a filter for 8–10 mins.
- 2.Heat milk in a saucepan until steaming.
- 3.Froth by pouring milk between cups from a height.
- 4.Add sugar to a glass, pour in the strong decoction.
- 5.Top with frothed milk and serve hot.

Cold Brew With Sweet Cream

Cold Brew With Sweet Cream
Ingredients
- ·240ml cold brew concentrate
- ·120ml cold water
- ·3 tbsp heavy cream
- ·1 tbsp vanilla syrup
- ·Ice
Method
- 1.Mix heavy cream and vanilla syrup, shake until slightly thickened.
- 2.Fill a tall glass with ice.
- 3.Combine cold brew and cold water, pour over ice.
- 4.Slowly pour sweet cream over a spoon to float.
- 5.Serve without stirring for the layered effect.

Citrus Espresso Tonic

Citrus Espresso Tonic
Ingredients
- ·2 shots espresso, cooled
- ·150ml tonic water, chilled
- ·30ml fresh lemon or orange juice
- ·Ice
- ·Citrus slice to garnish
Method
- 1.Pull 2 shots of espresso and cool to room temperature.
- 2.Fill a glass with ice.
- 3.Pour tonic water and citrus juice over the ice.
- 4.Slowly pour espresso over the top.
- 5.Garnish with a citrus slice and serve immediately.

Iced Strawberry Latte

Iced Strawberry Latte
Ingredients
- ·2 shots espresso, cooled
- ·200ml oat milk
- ·3 tbsp strawberry purée
- ·Ice cubes
- ·Fresh strawberry to garnish
Method
- 1.Spoon strawberry purée into the base of a glass.
- 2.Add ice cubes.
- 3.Pour in oat milk, leaving room for espresso.
- 4.Add espresso shots over the top.
- 5.Stir lightly and garnish with strawberry.

Banana Iced Latte

Banana Iced Latte
Ingredients
- ·2 shots espresso, cooled
- ·1 ripe banana
- ·200ml oat milk
- ·Handful of ice
- ·1 tsp maple syrup
- ·Pinch of cinnamon
Method
- 1.Blend banana, oat milk, maple syrup and cinnamon until smooth.
- 2.Pull 2 shots of espresso and let cool.
- 3.Fill a glass with ice.
- 4.Pour the banana blend over ice.
- 5.Top with cooled espresso and stir gently.

Iced White Choc Strawberry Latte

Iced White Choc Strawberry Latte
Ingredients
- ·2 shots espresso, cooled
- ·30ml white chocolate sauce
- ·3 tbsp strawberry purée
- ·200ml whole or oat milk
- ·Ice cubes
- ·Whipped cream to top
Method
- 1.Stir white chocolate sauce into cooled espresso.
- 2.Spoon strawberry purée into base of glass.
- 3.Fill with ice, then pour in milk.
- 4.Add the white choc espresso mixture.
- 5.Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of purée.

Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte
Ingredients
- ·1 cup strawberries
- ·¼ cup monk fruit sweetener
- ·1 tbsp ceremonial grade matcha
- ·⅓ cup hot water
- ·¾ cup cashew milk (or milk of choice)
- ·Ice
Method
- 1.Blend strawberries and sweetener until smooth. Set aside.
- 2.Whisk matcha with hot water for 1–2 mins until smooth.
- 3.Pour strawberry syrup into base of glass, fill with ice.
- 4.Add milk, then pour matcha over the top.
- 5.Stir gently to swirl and enjoy.

Pineapple Espresso
Ingredients
- ·2 shots espresso
- ·60ml fresh pineapple juice
- ·Ice cubes
- ·Splash of coconut milk
- ·Pineapple slice to garnish
Method
- 1.Pull 2 shots of espresso and let cool slightly.
- 2.Fill a tall glass with ice.
- 3.Pour pineapple juice over the ice.
- 4.Slowly pour espresso over a spoon to layer.
- 5.Finish with coconut milk and a pineapple slice.
